DVDs ordered through Create Space will be subject to their policies.

For DVDs purchased directly from Fidos & Felines, Inc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DVDs, unless returned in original packaging, including exterior shrinkwrap. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of shipment.

In the rare event that you find a problem with your DVD after opening it, please contact us immediately to arrange for a like item exchange.

In stock items are shipped within 72 hours of your order. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified promptly. UPS is our preferred method of shipping.

No returns can be accommodated after 7 days for any reason. To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any returns without a prior authorization will be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number call (321) 639-7064 with an explanation for your return. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge unless they are the result of our error. No returns are accepted "Freight Collect" or COD.
